Information you provide

When you request a quote, we collect your name, contact details, vehicle information, suburb, requested service and the details you choose to provide. An attendance address is optional at the enquiry stage. Please do not include payment-card details, identity documents or other sensitive information.

How we use it

We use your information to respond, assess whether the work can be completed mobile, prepare a quote and arrange agreed work. A submitted enquiry is a request; an appointment is confirmed separately.

Storage and service providers

The website is hosted by Vercel. Details sent through WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp and our business account. Emails are handled through our business mailbox on Hostinger. When direct website submission is available, enquiries are also stored in our existing Luca Motors website administration on Hostinger and sent to the S&S inbox. Authorised staff use these records to follow up your request. Hosting, messaging, email and booking providers process information to deliver these services, and their infrastructure may be outside Australia.

Basic technical information may be recorded for security, troubleshooting and understanding how visitors contact us. Enquiry reference and source information help us match a request to its follow-up. We do not publish your enquiry details.

Optional website measurement

If you allow analytics, Google Analytics uses cookies to measure page visits, call and WhatsApp button clicks, and successfully received quote requests. A click does not tell us whether a call or conversation was completed. We do not send your form details or enquiry reference to Google Analytics. Advertising personalisation is disabled. Google processes technical and usage information through its service, which may use infrastructure outside Australia.

Choose “Essential only” to keep analytics off. You can change your choice using “Cookie choices” in the footer. We remember that preference in your browser. A short source label is also kept for the current browsing session to identify where an enquiry came from.

Contact and choices

You can call or WhatsApp instead of completing the form. Those services have their own privacy practices. To ask about your information, request access or correction, or request deletion of enquiry information no longer needed, email info@ssmobilemechanic.com.au or call 0478 291 972. Records needed for agreed work or required record-keeping may need to be retained.
